Hi, I’m Bindi!

When I first arrived at PAWS with my sister Kira, the world felt like a very big and sometimes scary place. We hadn’t been exposed to much outside our old home, so everything was new – but wow, have I come a long way!

I’ve grown into a brave, confident, and super friendly girl who loves meeting new people (especially if they’re willing to pay the “treat tax”). I’m smart, eager to please, and I absolutely love learning new tricks. I am very food motivated! Using my brain is one of my favorite things — give me a snuffle mat or puzzle toy and I’m in heaven.

I’ve got energy to burn and a need for speed, which makes me the perfect partner for biking, hiking, and all kinds of outdoor fun. Whatever adventure you have in mind, I’m ready to jump right in. Whilst I am an active girl who enjoys adventures, I’m also a big fan of cuddles, comfy beds, and sprawling out on the couch with my people.

I get along with other dogs but I’m still learning my polite greetings, so if I live with another confident pup, we’d need slow and respectful introductions. I love car rides, hop right in, and am always up for wherever we’re headed. I also love giving hugs, and while I’m a young dog still working on my manners, I’m just as loving and joyful as any puppy.

I came from a home with kids, so I’m fine with them, but I’d probably do best in a home with children 13+ rather than a busy, loud household with lots of little ones.

Adopting me is a 15+ year commitment, and I’m looking for a forever family who will give me the structure, enrichment, and love I need to keep thriving. I’ll need consistent vet care, positive reinforcement training, high-quality nutrition, and plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
