Hi! I’m Lyra.

I arrived at PAWS along with 10 other kittens. While four of us stayed at PAWS, the rest of us were taken in by the wonderful folks at WAG. We were all cared for by some amazing people, but as unexpected kittens, they could no longer keep us. Initially quite timid and easily startled, I’ve made a heartwarming transformation into quite the little love bug, much like my brothers.

In the past, I might have seemed a bit grumpy when nervous, often giving a side-eye with my “angry airplane ears” while still purring loudly during cuddles. These days, however, I’m embracing affection more openly and showing just how sweet and loving I can be. The PAWS team loves to see my newfound confidence and affection.

While I’ve come a long way, I still thrive best in a calm and quiet home where I can continue to feel secure and loved. A gentle and patient approach from my future family will be essential to help me maintain this positive trajectory.

I’m looking for a forever home ready to commit to providing the love, care, and patience I need over the next 15+ years.
