Hello, I’m Penelope 👋
I’m a three year old spaniel-mix and I’ve been told I’m very good at two things; snuggling and loving my humans!
A few things you should know about me…
– I love blankets, all the kinds all the time, BLANKETS!
– I walk beautifully on leash and like getting out for little adventures.
– Snacks are my favourite, which means I’m very motivated to learn and enjoy training.
– I absolutely adore humans, being close to humans, having a human, snuggling a human…a kind, loving, cuddly human…that’s my favourite!
-I’ve been told I make a great office dog – I’m happy to settle nearby, keep you company, and remind you to take breaks when needed (for snacks or fresh air, both are important)
I arrived at PAWS with extremely itchy skin and hair loss due to an untreated infection, fortunately the lovely vets were able to prescribe me some antibiotics and creams to help and I’m feeling much better. My foster mom took such good care of me and made sure I got everything I needed to heal. I’m feeling like my best self again, awaiting my spay surgery and am a healthy, happy girl.
I’m looking for a forever home that is safe and cozy with some patience while I figure things out. In return I will give you all my love, all my snuggles and probably a few laughs.
