Hi! I’m Phil.

I was brought to PAWS in rough shape by a caring citizen who had noticed me wandering around for a little while. I was quite unwell when I arrived, and am pretty bummed out to be stuck in the shelter.

As you can see I have a sad eye. I had a great vet visit and am now receiving treatment and hopefully will be able to keep my eye! I have recently received dental work, and my neuter surgery!

Although I may look a little grumpy, I’m actually a sweet guy who likes attention! I make the cutest little chirpy noises. All I want is a lap to cuddle on! I’ve had a difficult life so far, and I am dreaming of a quiet home that will give me all the love and care I deserve. Could you be my furever family?!
