Louie is still looking for his special retirement home!!!
Louie came to us asking for help; this sweet boy was very malnourished, underweight and looked like he had been living outdoors for quite sometime. We knew with a little TLC that this boy would bounce right back.
After a vet visit, Louie had bloodwork as we suspect he is around 15 years old, and he tested positive for renal disease. Due to the rest of his bloodwork looking great, Dr. Laura prescribed him special food that would help regulate his disease. We were ecstatic to hear he didn’t need any medicine!
Louie finally found an AMAZING foster home to live in while he awaits his forever home. Louie really thrives off companionship, and is quite the social eater. His foster family tells us that he is quite the lap cat, and prefers to snuggle at all times.
We would love to find Louie his forever home soon. He would prefer a very quiet home and would be fine with a dog if they are calm and used to cats.
Adopting a senior animal is so rewarding and gives those alike Louie, a second chance even though it might not be for a long time.
